Personal Finance Unit 1 Exam Review(Exam Tuesday)

Things to know:
Business Plan: Be able to list some features of a business plan (important things that need to be included)
Sole Proprietorships: Structure of Sole Proprietorships.  Strengths and weaknesses
Partnerships: Difference between General Partnerships and Limited Partnerships.  Strengths and weaknesses, be able to describe scenarios for each.
LLCs- Why do we create them?  What do they do?
Corporations: Why would businesses incorporate.  Strengths and weaknesses.  Steps involved in creating
Entrepreneurship: Why is it a valuable asset to a capitalistic society?
Rich Dad Poor Dad: Chapter 1 and 1^st half of Chapter 2 Lessons
Rich Dad Income Statements: Be able to draw the cashflow of Poor, Middle Class, Rich and explain in detail what each mean.
Liabilities vs Assets: Know the difference, give examples from Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Finished Reading Chapter 2 of Rich Dad Poor Dad.  Complete the Chapter 1 and 2 portion of the worksheet.

Discussed Cashflow diagrams and how Assets vs Liabilities affect an income statement
